Storm and hail damage repair across DFW
North Texas gets hit every year. We inspect the roof and walk you through the insurance claim.
What to do after a hailstorm
The first few days matter for your claim.
- Check from the ground
Look for dented gutters, vents and siding, and shingle granules at the downspouts. Stay off the roof.
- Write it down
Note the storm date and take photos of any damage you can see, inside and out.
- Get a free inspection
Before you file, have someone get on the roof and tell you whether there is damage worth a claim.
- File if it is worth it
Your policy's deadline counts from the storm date, so do not wait for next season.

My roof looks incredible and he fought my insurance company for things they should cover like it was his full-time job. I have beautiful new gutters, including a new one over my garage door that I didn’t know how badly I needed! His crew was on time, professional, worked super hard, and left my yard looking like they had never been there with not a single nail in sight.

David and his team were exceptional. He worked directly with our insurance company to ensure all necessary repairs were completed. The team was efficient, courteous, and highly professional throughout the entire process. We highly recommend his services for any project you need done right.

David was amazing to deal with. I had a hail storm in the middle of selling my home which I had to get repaired asap. I contacted him and literally he came right out and got me taken care of. His knowledge and expertise made it to where I didn’t have to worry. He helped every step of the way even with all my phone calls haha.
Storm damage questions
Someone knocked on my door and said my roof is totaled. Is it?
Get a second opinion before you sign anything. Storm chasers work neighborhoods hard after a hail event. Our inspection is free.
A roofer offered to cover my deductible. Is that legal?
No. Texas Insurance Code Chapter 707 makes it illegal for a contractor to offer to waive, rebate or absorb your deductible. Treat that offer as a red flag.
Will filing a claim raise my rates?
Not necessarily. Rates are often affected by overall storm losses in your area, so premiums may increase whether you file a claim or not.
My claim was denied. Is that final?
Not always. A denial often comes down to how the damage was documented. A second inspection is worth it.
How long do I have to file?
Most Texas policies have a deadline measured from the date of the storm, and it is shorter than people expect. If you think you had damage, get it inspected now.
Think you took hail damage?
Free inspection. We tell you whether it is worth filing.
